Free Software/Open Source Telephony-Summit 2005

We are happy to announce that the second summit on Free Software/Open Source telephony solutions is going to take place from January 14th till 18th 2005 in Geilenkirchen, Germany.

The event is divided into two parts:

• a developer workshop from January 14th to January 16th
• a public part(evening of January 16th and January 17th/18th) with
  • a introductory evening and happy hour sponsored by (January 16th)
  • a conference day (January 17th)
  • a tutorial day (January 18th)

Companies interested in presenting their products have the chance to present their product in the exhibition during the conference day.

The developer workshop is free of charge and only-open for active developers in Free Software/Open Source telephony projects. If you are interested in participating, please contact the GUUG-office .

During the one-day conference, professional users get an overview about their current status and their future goals of the participating projects.

During the tutorial day, people interested in using a particular software will get an in depth-introduction to installation, configuration and usage by their developers.
